Basic Residential Inspection
During the basic inspection we are inspecting you future purchase from the highest accessible point to the lowest! This includes but not limited to the structure, roof, attic, exterior, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, interior, storm shelters, sprinkler systems and central vac systems.
Investor Inspection
The investor inspection is geared for the home about to be flipped. We look at the structure, roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
